Renting and rates

Rates 2008 / 2009

• These prices are for the villa (not per person) and include  all utilities (water & electric), linen and towels.


• Cleaning is included in the rental price.
 
• The minimum rental is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday flexible depending on time of year). Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.


• Electric pool heating will be provided November through to February. If required outside of these months an additional fee of £55.00 per week will be charged.


• A non-refundable deposit of £200 per week  is required to secure booking with the full balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.


• An additional £200.00 refundable security cheque is also required to cover damage this is returnable after departure.


• The villa will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate by 10am on departure day. Where possible we will try to accommodate requests for an earlier arrival or later departure but this cannot be guaranteed.
