Built in 2002 our beautiful home offers a standard of luxury fully in keeping with its premium, waterside location. On entering our 2195 Sq Ft villa you are greeted by high cathedral ceilings leading to formal living and dinning areas within.

The island kitchen is well appointed with breakfast bar and spacious morning nook. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hop and built in microwave. Leading off from the kitchen is a utility room with family washer and dryer- which leads on through to the garage with its electrically controlled door.

The open plan living area with separate dining room over looks and leads out onto the pool area, through two separate patio doors.

The modern master bedroom, with its tray ceiling and luxury king size bed, incorporates a private access to the lani and pool area. The en-suite with full roman soak tub, large walk in shower, double vanities and W.C.
