The property sleeps 8 people and has been tastefully decorated. The spacious open plan living area with its cathedral ceilings consists of a living area, formal dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and nook.

The villa has a 28ft screened pool and patio which was newly built in 2008. The rear garden leads to our own boat dock and lift situated on a Gulf access canal. Why not hire a boat for part or all of you stay? We can recommend several local companies.

Fantastic beaches, an abundance of  golf courses, great shopping, fishing, water sports and restaurants are all in close proximity of the villa.
